Exchange is AIESEC’s core programme. Professional internship is the most intense learning experience that we offer and links together our global network. We have different kinds of internships available in more than 110 countries worldwide. Every year, AIESEC provides over 60,000 members the challenging opportunity to live and work in a foreign country in areas of management, technology, education, and development.
We offer 2 types of exchange programs
Exchange Programmes:

| Overseas paid internships for a professional experience with the broad fields of management, technical and education. | Usually with an NGO, internships usually relate to wide variety of issues in community development. |
Details and logistics
| Duration | Global Community Development Programme: 6 weeks to 18 weeks Global Internship Programme: 6 months to 18 months |
| Fee | AIESEC-LC-HKU will be collecting a minimum amount of HKD2500 administration fee from every applicant for the exchange program, while upon completion of exchange and completion of some criteria, HKD1000 could be refunded. |
| Air Fare and visa application | Borne by the exchange participants |
| Salary | Subject to different internships, members may receive a certain amount of salary or subsidies for food and accommodation provided by the companies or hosting AIESEC entities |
